The purpose of the HR Council is to promote education, understanding and greater proficiency in human resource management, including union avoidance, within the construction, building and contracting trades in the First Coast area.
The committee is designed to accomodate:
HR professionals of larger ABC Member Companies Small Business Owners/Managers with HR Responsibilities HR Consultants, Labor Attorneys, University Faculty and Staffing Company RepresentativesRegular meetings of the HR Council will be held on the second Wednesday of every other month beginning from noon to 1:30pm. Lunch and meeting locations will be sponsored by rotating committee members.
A Guest Speaker A Spotlight Speaker who will be an ABC Member who can Share Specific Experiences about the Guest Speaker's Topic Open Discussion about the Meeting's Primary Subject Matters Announcements/Business Relating to the HR Committee
